The Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program is seeking members who have the potential to become association leaders. This program is designed to further develop a person’s leadership skills in a structured program that offers training and critical evaluation.

Members who are interested in developing their leadership skills, submit an application by Mar. 1, 2021. Ideal candidates are active in their local association and interested in learning more about the association on the state or national level.

The Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program trains members who possess the skills, aptitude, interest and motivation to become a committee chair or Illinois REALTORS® elected officer. Participation in Leadership Development is for self-improvement and does not project or guarantee the participant will receive preferential treatment by the Nominating Committee should the participant decide to pursue state elected office.
