Illinois REALTORS® President Doug Carpenter and Treasurer Dan Wagner will be taking part in an NAR effort to tell why REALTORS® make such a difference on issues that matter to consumers.

Carpenter will be talking about the state association’s state outreach, and in particular what Illinois REALTORS® has done with its consumer arm, Real Property Alliance.

Wagner, a longtime advocate for commercial real estate, will discuss the reasons that protecting the 1031 Like-Kind Exchange is so critical for the industry, and those who rely on it.

Both will appear on video as part of work by the Carnegie Group, which provides consumer messaging for the national association and its affiliates.
