On Dec. 8, the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network raised more than $250 for the local Crisis Nursery by conducting an Ugly Sweater Party for members.
The funds were used to purchase arts and crafts supplies on the Crisis Nursery’s wish list and the remaining $150 will be made as a cash donation, according to the CCAR YPN’s Facebook page.
About 30 people attended the event. Jayme Alden serves as CCAR Chair of YPN, while Kristen Long is CCAR Vice Chair of YPN.
