With a July 17 deadline looming, less than 10 spots are available for REALTORS® to register for “Global Real Estate: Local Markets,” the six-hour CE elective (RB7005-564001070) scheduled for July 22 in Downers Grove.
The prerequisite course for the CIPS designation can be the start of valuable growth for REALTORS® who want to work successfully with international investors. Alex Ruggieri, CCIS, CIPS and Rose Price, CIPS are encouraging REALTORS® to pursue the designation. Watch their video.
The CIPS designation is for REALTORS® from the United States and abroad who want to develop their international real estate business. The class is a prerequisite for all other CIPS courses and it offers an overview of international brokerage, including capital flow, currencies, government regulations, cultural considerations and how to network, market and sell at the global level. U.S. members who complete the course will receive elective credit toward the ABR and CRS designation.
Six hours of CE elective and lunch are included in the $150 registration fee.
