The Illinois Association of REALTORS® is proud to partner with the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® to offer the first course of the CIPS Designation series, Global Real Estate: Local Markets (6 hours CE Elective, RB7005-564001070) on July 22 in Downers Grove.
The CIPS designation is for REALTORS® from the United States and abroad, as well as association staff and volunteer leaders who want to develop their international real estate business. Global Real Estate: Local Markets is a prerequisite to all other CIPS courses. It offers an overview of international brokerage: capital flow, currencies, government regulations, cultural considerations, and how to network, market and sell at the global level. U.S. members who complete this course will receive elective credit towards the ABR and CRS designation.
