IAR CEO Gary Clayton accepts the Gabby Award for Best Event Campaign at a luncheon awards ceremony held in San Francisco. The award was for the association's work on the Let's Talk Real Estate series.

The Illinois Association of REALTORS® won a top award for using a sophisticated email marketing program to reach members.

IAR was the recipient of the Gabby Award for the Best Event Campaign for work using the REALTOR® Party Hub email marketing system to interact with members about a series of meetings with members of Congress. IAR members have attended a number of Let’s Talk Real Estate events in 2013, and more are to be held next year.

Runners up for the award were the Billing (Mont.) Association of REALTORS® and the Utah Association of REALTORS®. The Gabby was given at a luncheon held Thursday, Nov. 7, at the National Association of REALTORS® Conference and Expo.
