Scott Gerami

Naperville REALTOR® Scott Gerami, a broker with RE/MAX Professionals Select in Naperville, has been appointed to the Unmanned Aerial System Oversight Task Force by Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner.

Nominated by IAR President Mike Drews, Gerami fills one of 22 positions on the task force, created when the Unmanned Aerial System Oversight Task Force Act became law in August. The task force will study and make recommendations for the operation, use and regulation of drones in Illinois.

The task force will meet in central Illinois with the objective of delivering a report to the governor and members of the Illinois General Assembly by July 1, 2016. Members of the task force do not receive compensation for their duties.

Gerami is a resident of Naperville and a member of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
