RPAC has helped amplify the voices of REALTORS® so lawmakers on the local, state and national levels better understand how their decisions affect consumers and the real estate industry.
Examples of national issues RPAC and REALTOR® advocacy have helped champion include:
- improved access to Federal Housing Authority (FHA) loans so more Americans can buy their own homes;
- reduction of capital gains taxes, making real estate a better investment; and
- preservation of the mortgage interest deduction and the National Flood Insurance Program.
