Even if you aren’t able to attend the National Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo in San Diego Nov. 13-16, six IAR members have volunteered to report on their experiences.

Carrie Bey-Little, Matt Difanis, Shay Hata, Marki Lemons Ryhal, Alex Ruggieri and Christopher Tenggren will be six of 30 “featured attendees” at the convention (Nov. 13-16), and they will take photos, write blog posts or take video for anyone to see. Their observations will be shared with members like you through the Conference Live 2015 site, through their own bio pages and through social media.

Bey-Little is a broker associate for Baird & Warner in Glen Ellyn, a continuing education trainer and a member of Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. She’s served on several IAR committees, and she will be 2016 vice chair of the Senior Housing Working Group. This is her second year as a featured attendee.

Difanis, the 2016 IAR Treasurer, is a co-owner of RE/MAX Realty Associates in Champaign. He is a member of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®. He’s been heavily involved in IAR committees since 2011, and he is vice chair of strategic planning committee.

Hata works for Berkshire Hathaway HomeService and KoenigRubloff Realty Group in Chicago and is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. She serves the luxury market on the north side of the Windy City and a large part of her client base is working with foreign investors. This is her second year as a featured attendee.

Lemons Ryhal is a professional real estate coach and trainer in Chicago, with expertise in social media. She’s also a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. She was involved in numerous IAR committees from 2004 through 2014. She is a three-time featured attendee.

Ruggieri is a broker for Ramshaw Real Estate and a senior investment advisor at Sperry Van Ness in Champaign, and his local is the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®.  He’s also a member of IAR’s 2016 Commercial/Industrial/Investment Committee. This year will be his third appearance as an NAR featured attendee.

Tenggren is a broker for RE/MAX Great American North in St. Charles and a member of the REALTOR® Association of the Fox Valley.  He’s scheduled to receive NAR’s EverGreen Award on Nov. 14. He is vice chairman of the 2016 IAR REALTORS® Political Involvement Committee, and he’s served on numerous IAR committees since 2003. HE became a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2013.
