IAR President Mike Drews and Global Business Council Staff Liaison Sharon Gorrell participated in a forum hosted by the Chicago Association of Realtors on behalf of the Warsaw Real Estate Brokers Association.

A highlight of the IAR presentation was explaining how Government Affairs advocates for the rights of consumers and REALTORS®, which prompted members of the Polish delegation to ask how they could implement similar ideas in a context that fits their system of government.

Drews spoke about the Federal and State Political Coordinator programs, and he explained how REALTORS® can be their own best advocates to elected officials at all levels of government through a coordinated team effort with IAR Government Affairs staff.
