Karen Barbagallo is honored on behalf of her husband, Illinois REALTOR® Jim Barbagallo, who died in July 2014. Barbagallo was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame on Tuesday, May 12, 2015.
Six Illinois REALTORS® were honored on Tuesday, May 12, by being inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame.
Those selected for the honor have donated $25,000 to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee.
Illinois honorees were:
- Jim Barbagallo
- Michael D. Oldenettel
- Doug Hartmann Sr.
- Hugh Rider
- Loretta Alonzo
- Joe Hanauer
Special recognition was given to Jim Barbagallo, who died last year. His wife, Karen, accepted the honor. Jim Barbagallo’s friends and colleagues raised money to meet the criteria for entrance into the RPAC Hall of Fame.
Hall of Fame members were inducted at an event held at the Marriott Wardman Hotel in Washington, D.C., as part of the REALTOR® Midyear Meetings & Expo.
