Illinois REALTORS® offices in Springfield, including the Legal Hotline, will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Presidents’ Day is observed the third Monday in February, and it is celebrated in most states as a combination of Lincoln’s birthday (Feb. 12) and George Washington’s birthday (Feb. 22).

The Illinois REALTORS® offices will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 16.
