Illinois real estate brokers face a deadline next year to renew their licenses, and the Illinois Association of REALTORS® has set up a page with all the information you will need to complete the process.

That’s why IAR has created a page to help brokers identify available courses (home study, webinar and classroom) and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation’s deadlines for completion. Information is broken into three scenarios:

• Brokers licensed prior to Feb. 1, 2014;
• Brokers licensed on or after Feb. 1, 2014; and
• Brokers licensed after Feb. 1, 2016.
