The 2018 Leadership Development Class learned about leadership philosophies, procedures, organizational standards and strategies for conducting effective meetings Tuesday and Wednesday in Springfield at the Illinois REALTORS® headquarters.

The group has now completed three of its seven training modules for 2018.
