Leaders with the Illinois Association of REALTORS® met on Wednesday in Chicago to discuss the organization’s strategic plan.
IAR’s current strategic plan was launched in 2015, and each year members of the Strategic Planning Committee review the plan to make sure the association is on track. Members also have the opportunity to discuss changes that may need to be made in response to market conditions or new opportunities.
The full-day meeting Tuesday was held at the National Association of REALTORS® headquarters in Chicago.
Presenters included Bryan Schneider, director of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and MRED CEO Rebecca Jensen.
The day’s discussion was framed by the recent release of NAR’s Danger Report, which looked at possible threats to the REALTOR® organizations.
