The McHenry County Association of REALTORS® recently hosted an informational forum, “Can Your Condo/Homeowner’s Association Keep You From Selling or Refinancing?” to answer questions about Federal Housing Administration financing for condos and the certification/approval process.

According to Local Government Affairs Director Conor Brown, the free event drew a crowd of both REALTORS® and members of the local public.
