Male REALTORS® need to follow some common sense rules when showing properties to clients or they could be robbed, injured or worse, says one real estate professional who almost became a victim himself.

Lentz wonders if his fate would’ve been different if he’d kept making mistakes in the way he tried to help a man who wanted to see high-end homes in the area. First, he agreed to meet the client at the home alone, sight unseen. Second, after the client was dropped off by his pregnant fiancée, he agreed to give him a ride home after the showing.
