REALTOR® Carla Brinkoetter, president of Brinkoetter and Associates in Decatur, told the newspaper that she is seeing a resurgence of interest and while rising mortgage interest rates could prompt more consumers to make a move, she doesn’t expect higher rates to hinder the overall health of the housing market.
