After a few weeks of gains, fixed mortgage rates reversed course this week and decreased to near 2016 lows, Freddie Mac reports this morning.
The 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.43 percent, down from last week’s 3.48 percent. The 15-year, fixed-rate mortgage averaged 2.74 percent, down from 2.78 percent. Read more from Freddie Mac.
