The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) announced Thursday a new way for REALTORS® and real estate agents to earn a CRS designation, effective Jan. 1, 2018.
The CRS board of directors approved a new track that allows agents with 60 transactions or $30 million dollars in sales over the most recent three years as well as 30 hours of CRS education to qualify. For more information about earning CRS designations, go to www.crs.com or call 800-462-8841.
