You can now start making plans for early voting in the Nov. 8 general election.
Starting yesterday, your election authority is responsible for publishing the hours, dates and locations for early voting in your precinct at least once a week during the early voting period, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections. If the election authority – a large city or a county – maintains a website, the schedule should be available on it, too. Check your election authority for details.
