Homeownership is growing among Hispanics, who accounted for more than half of the new owner households formed in the second quarter of 2012, according to Census data. During that time period, Hispanics and other minorities formed 855,000 new owner households and of that, 53 percent (or 453,000) were Hispanic, reports Chicago Agent Magazine (via HousingWire).
