For the first time in two years, the U.S. homeownership has increased, HousingWire reports. According to data from the Department of Commerce and the U.S. Census Bureau, the homeownership rate was 63.7 percent in the third quarter of 2015, up slightly from 63.4 percent the previous quarter.
