It was a strong spring selling season with higher sales and multiple offers on more properties, Terri Hunt, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Suburban in Schaumburg, tells the Daily Herald. Two keys to quicken home sales: Be sure the home looks its best and set the right selling price.

“If homes showed well and were priced right, they were selling quickly, some within a week of listing,” Hunt said. “Even some of those that have been on the market a long time were selling.
