The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has released a new video forecast outlining this year’s U.S. housing market expectations. NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun says ongoing economic factors such as rising mortgage rates, slower economic growth and global issues will impact real estate, but the housing market is still expected to experience modest sales gains in 2016.
