Illinois REALTORS® who are interested in earning a managing broker license have a new self-paced, interactive learning option that is available anytime, anywhere.
Managing Broker Pre-License courses on the Illinois REALTORS® LEAP Learning online platform may be completed on your own schedule to fulfill the education requirements to be eligible to apply for a Managing Broker license.
To qualify for a Managing Broker license in Illinois you must:
- be at least 20 years old
- have an active, valid Illinois real estate broker license
- have had an active real estate license for two (2) of the past three (3) years
- successfully complete the 45 hours of required managing broker pre-license education and pass the licensing exam.
The 45-hour Managing Broker Pre-License package fulfills the education requirements to be eligible to apply for a Managing Broker license.
The 30-hour Managing Broker Pre-License Topics course and 15-hour Applied Management and Supervision interactive course may also be purchased separately.
