Lynn Madison and 46 students reviewed the Comparative Market Analysis Thursday morning in Joliet.

Illinois REALTORS® partnered with Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® in Joliet last week to offer the PSA designation course, “Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA.”

Lynn Madison taught a class of 46 how to become proficient at comparative market analyses (CMAs), a key to competitive home pricing. Course attendees earned 6 hours of Core B CE and completing the core requirement of the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
