Veterans who want to start a career in real estate may apply for GI Bill® benefits for pre-license classroom courses taken through branches of the Illinois REALTORS® Licensing & Training Center.

How to qualify:

• You must be an eligible veteran who meets the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ guidelines for the GI Bill® benefit. Call 888-442-4551 to learn if you qualify.
• Attend a live classroom pre-license course at a participating Illinois REALTORS® Licensing & Training Center branch location.
• Complete the Request for Veterans Benefits form and email it to education@illinoisrealtors.org.

More than 65 classroom branches are available. Check the Pre-License Class Calendar for dates and locations.
