REALTOR Chris Read, of CR, Realtor in Woodridge, was named 2016 IAR REALTOR of the Year at the IAR Public Policy Meetings in East Peoria Wednesday morning.

Read has served as a member of numerous IAR committees since 2002, including: the following in 2016: Public Policy & Government Affairs Major Investors Group, Professional Standards Committee, Senior Housing Working Group, Housing Opportunity Working Group, Education Working Group and Business Issues/License Law Forum.

Read is a 2013 inductee into the RPAC Hall of Fame.
