Since 2003, the National Association of REALTORS® has dedicated September as REALTOR® Safety Month, a part of NAR’s ongoing efforts to inform and educate REALTORS® about safety throughout the year.
Illinois REALTORS® and NAR provide safety courses and resources to help members assess risk in their current practice and create systems that help them conduct business safely while creating positive business outcomes.
Illinois REALTORS® safety courses
Safety courses offered by Illinois REALTORS® are available in live webinar and classroom courses and self-guided online formats. Participants in these courses earn elective continuing education credit. Students can learn how to protect themselves when showing a property, meeting a client, or communicating online.
