The Quad City Area REALTORS® hosted a commercial real estate forum Thursday with leaders of five local communities at the REALTORS® office in Bettendorf, Iowa.
East Moline Mayor Reggie Freeman, Moline Mayor Stephanie Acri, Bettendorf Mayor Bob Gallagher, Rock Island Alderman Mark Poulos and Davenport Alderman J.J. Condon described their respective communities and talked about potential commercial real estate opportunities. Approximately 40 REALTORS® attended the forum and some explained what their clients are looking for in available properties.
Quad Cities Area REALTORS® President Chris Holvoet of Mel Foster Company in Davenport, Iowa, moderated the discussion.
As a result of the event, REALTORS® and these elected city leaders are building relationships that will lead to future meetings and partnerships that will help the communities prosper, said Sharon Smith, Quad City Area REALTORS® CEO.
