In the first quarter of 2016, REALTORS® will receive free use of a transaction management system and electronic forms through zipLogix, thanks to a vote by the NAR board of directors Monday at the NAR REALTORS® Conference & Expo in San Diego.

The new benefit – which includes unlimited document storage – is designed to save REALTORS® time and money. Once IAR and your local association license their forms libraries to zipLogix, members will be able to access them, too.

IAR is in the process of working with zipLogix to provide the forms the association makes available as a member benefit.

Individual members who purchased zipForm® Plus on or after Oct. 1, 2015 will be able to request a prorated refund by calling zipLogix.
