Illinois REALTORS® hosted members of its Leadership Development Program Tuesday and Wednesday in Springfield.

Participants learned about association involvement, the role of board members and their fiduciary duties, parliamentary procedures, budgets, professional standards, services provided by the state association and ways to improve meetings.
