Two of the three courses in the new 45-hour Broker Post-License curriculum are now available online.
Brokers licensed between August 9, 2019 and November 1, 2019 must complete the new 45-hour Broker Post-License curriculum prior to September 30, 2020.
The new 45-hour Broker Post-License curriculum consists of three 15-hour courses, each ending with a 50-question exam:
- Risk Management/Discipline (includes the sexual harassment prevention training required for 2020 broker license renewal)
- Applied Brokerage Principles
- Transactional Issues
The three courses do not need to be taken in any particular order. A live webinar series containing all three courses will be available soon.
Prior to taking these course, you must have been licensed on or after August 9, 2019 and must have been issued your license number beginning in 475.
