Leaders of Illinois local REALTOR® associations gathered in East Peoria, Ill., for the annual Association Executive Workshop.

The session held each year provides continuing education for local association leaders and a chance for them to share best practices for association management.

Charay Palmer, Association Executive with the Egyptian Board of REALTORS® opens the annual AE workshop in East Peoria. Palmer is vice chair of the Illinois REALTORS® Association Executive’s Committee.

The session kicked off with a session on how to best manage a website, and included other sessions on legal development and how to raise the bar in providing service.

The workshop also features a auction benefitting RPAC, and several networking opportunities. It runs through Friday at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Riverfront Conference Center.

The session was opened by Charay Palmer, AE with the Egyptian Board of REALTORS®, who serves as vice chair of the state’s Association Executives Committee.
