GRI Grad Top Producer Panelists:
Kyle Killebrew is a broker and partner of The Real Estate Group in Springfield. He has been in business since 2004 and specializes in commercial, condo, farm property and residential real estate. Kyle also currently serves on three NAR committees.
Shari Kindle is broker/owner of Sunshine Realty Solutions in Edwardsville. She earned her salesperson license in 1995 and her broker license in 1997. Shari has served as an Illinois REALTORS® Ombudsman since 2014, and specializes in short sales and foreclosures.
Kay Phillips is a broker associate with @properties in Libertyville. She moved to Illinois from Texas in December 2006 and began her real estate career in 2010. Kay specializes in residential real estate transactions.
Matt Silver is a partner with Urban Real Estate, serving the Chicago and North Shore markets. He began his career in the commercial real estate sector in 1998 before making the transition to focus on residential transactions. Matt is currently serving as 2017 President of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.

Jim Kinney is a broker with Baird & Warner in Chicago. His career spans more than 30 years. He has been active with the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, serving on the board of directors and several committees and task forces. On a statewide level, his contributions to the Illinois REALTORS® includes serving on several committees and as 2016 president.
