Chicago REALTOR® Mabél Guzmán will speak virtually to a special committee of the Illinois House at 1 p.m. Tuesday on behalf of Illinois REALTORS®.
Guzmán, of Coldwell Banker Realty in Chicago, will explain why legislators should use American Rescue Plan money to improve housing opportunities in Illinois. Guzmán will speak during a hearing of the Housing Committee. The 23-member committee is chaired by State Rep. Will Guzzardi of Chicago. The vice chair is State Rep. Delia C. Ramirez of Chicago, and the Republican Spokesperson is State Rep. Deanne M. Mazzochi of Westmont.

Guzmán is a REALTOR® with more than 25 years in the business and a reputation for involvement and leadership on the national, state and local levels. She is the 2022 NAR Insurance Committee Chair and was the 2020 NAR Vice President of Association Affairs. She’s served on numerous committees and the NAR Board of Directors.
