15-Hour Broker Post-License Applied Real Estate Practices Interactive – WEBINAR (max. 100 students)

All webinars start promptly at 9:00 a.m. both days. End time is 4:30 p.m. both days.

It is recommended students complete or be close to completing the 15-Hour Broker Post-License Topics course prior to taking the interactive course.

THE 15-hour Post-License webinar WILL INCLUDE the IDFPR MANDATED Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number February 1, 2018 through August 8, 2019.
Those licensed August 9, 2019 or after will be responsible for completing the 45-hour post-license education.

You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course, and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit.

This course combined with the 15-hour Broker POST-License Topics course will satisfy the 30-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.

Per the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR), this course MUST be taken in an interactive environment.
