15-Hour Broker Post-License Applied Brokerage Principles (1 of 3 new, mandatory 15-hour post-license courses)
Classes are Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number on or after August 9, 2019.

You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course.

***GGAR will not hold any in-person classes in response to COVID-19. This class will be taught virtually via ZOOM. You will need access to a computer or tablet with sound and a camera and be able to work in a quiet space. A confirmation email will be sent with access to the virtual link once you enroll in the course. Please contact instructor directly for details***

***Final exam details will be provided during the VIRTUAL class. All 45-hour post-license course exams for VIRTUAL classes will be done online through Illinois REALTORS®.***

This course combined with the 15-hour Risk Management/Discipline & 15-hour Transactional Issues courses will satisfy the 45-hour post-license education requirements for license renewal.
