Course Description
Recent studies have shown that almost half of today’s home buyers are considering new construction, yet most agents possess very little information about new home construction, how to guide buyers through the process, and what questions to ask. These are critical issues that affect their client’s ability make educated decisions, and the goal of this class is to educate agents regarding how to work with this underserved segment of the buyer’s market. A short portion of the class is also dedicated to agents working with lot and lend sellers. Again, lot due diligence, zoning, setbacks, lot buildability etc. are all issues in today’s land market and this course will target assisting agent as they prepare to list and sell land.
