Course Description
This course meets the requirements of the 6-hour mandatory continuing education for a Residential Leasing Agent.  It provides the student with instruction and exercises in the scope of the Residential Leasing Agent license, the Real Estate License Act of 2000 (as amended), agency, leasing agreements, disclosures, tenant and landlord laws, fair housing, and sexual harassment prevention training.
