Course Description
The concept of a real estate team is nothing new.  They have existed for decades, but over the past several years the explosive growth of teams has made a major impact on the real estate industry.  As consumer demands on agents have increased, many top producers have expended their business model to better serve their clients with a sophisticated team approach.  This up to date course will address the foundations and designs of Teams, the stages of Team development, how to market a Team, technology and communications for Teams and the systems for best practices and workflow of Teams.
