Course Description
Building a real estate business requires several types of information and skills.  Of primary importance is knowing, understanding and adhering to Illinois Real Estate Licensing Law.  This course incorporates the actions that a successful real estate licensee will take to conduct business and the underlying real estate law that applies to those actions.
