15-Hour Broker Post-License Transactional Issues – two days, 9am – 5:30pm

• Enrollment in this class gives you access to all three courses and exams
• You will complete the first two courses and final exams (RMD and ABP) on your own
• RMD includes the mandatory sexual harassment prevention training
• Each course will be followed by a 2-hour review session with your instructor
• THE RMD & ABP COURSES ARE COMPLETED ON YOUR OWN BEFORE THE APPLICABLE REVIEW SESSIONS
• All coursework is housed on Illinois REALTORS® online D2L platform
• Supplemental materials may be provided by live class instructors
• Participants must have access to and be able to work on their own on the online platform

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle.

You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exam for this course.
