The Illinois REALTORS® Fall Business Meetings began today at the Chicago Marriott Naperville and continue through Thursday.

Monday’s events included closed meetings of the Executive Committee and RPAC Trustees. Local association board leadership and association executives participated in a half-day Leadership Summit designed to further develop and build an understanding of each other’s roles and responsibilities.

The Leadership Summit included a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion session that provided practical steps to make difficult conversations more comfortable, and explained how to harness emotional intelligence, unconscious biases, microaggressions, and more. Attendees were provided tools to create an inclusive culture as leaders in their association, business, community, and daily lives.
