All REALTORS® must complete a 2.5 hour ethics course every two years to remain in compliance with NAR’s Code of Ethics.

If you didn’t get your 2.5 hour ethics requirement course completed during the Jan.1, 2017-Dec. 31, 2018 cycle before the Dec. 31 deadline, you are at risk of having your membership license suspended and need to ACT NOW! Suspensions will occur at most local associations in early January.

If you have taken an ethics course through another provider, you will need to provide proof of course completion to your local association to be in compliance.
