Congratulations to Chicago Association of REALTORS® CEO Michelle Mills Clement, who received the 2022 Margery Shinners Rhino Award Tuesday morning in Oak Brook.

The announcement came during the Illinois REALTORS® Fall Business Meetings with Illinois REALTORS® CEO Jeff Baker praising Mills Clement for her impact as a recognized thought leader in association management and an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Mills Clement has led the Chicago Association of REALTORS® since 2018. She is a leader not just in real estate but also the association management industry. She is a director on the board of the Association Forum and is a fellow of ASAE: The Center for Association Excellence.

The Rhino is the top state association award given annually to Illinois association executives who personify strength, leadership and loyalty to the real estate profession. The award is named after Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® CEO Margery Shinners, who died in 2017. The award bears her name in recognition of her commitment to the industry and mentorship of AEs.
