In today’s podcast, Oak Park-area REALTOR® Tracey Royal talks about the relationships she built, the resources she discovered and the skills that she polished during the last year as a part of the 2022 NAR Leadership Academy.

Royal was one of 20 members from across the country who were chosen for the academy, which started in January and concluded with a graduation ceremony in Orlando, Fla., at the NAR Conference and Expo.

She is the assistant branch vice president for Coldwell Banker Realty in Oak Park and a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR). She’s been an active member of the state and a local chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

She serves on the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors and the Finance and Professional Standards committees. She previously chaired the state association’s Affordable Housing and Community Involvement Committee, is the State Legislative Contact for State Rep. Jawaharial Williams of Chicago, an RPAC Major Investor and was a member of Illinois REALTORS® 2018 Leadership Development Program.

She is a current member of NAR’s Housing Opportunity Committee and the NAR Board of Directors.
