The Illinois General Assembly acted on seven issues of interest to REALTORS® last week during the annual fall session, according to the latest Illinois REALTORS® State Capitol Report.
No veto override motions were filed on two issues of great interest to REALTORS® during the Spring 2018 legislative session: Senate Bill 3103 (Immigrant Tenant Protection Act) and Senate Bill 3052, a proposed amendment to the Contractor Prompt Payment Act about retainage. Get the details here.
