15-Hour Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles Interactive (classes are Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

This course, through case studies and demonstration examples of topics covered in the 75-hour Broker Pre-license Topics course, will provide the student the practical application skills needed to be successful in their career.  Topics include Brokerage Firm Issues, Agency, Contracts, Real Property Concepts, Antitrust, Fair Housing, Working with Buyers and Sellers, Earnest Money, negotiation and a math review.

Per the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR), this course MUST be taken in an interactive environment.

***GGAR will not hold any in-person classes in response to COVID-19. This class will be taught virtually via ZOOM. You will need access to a computer or tablet with sound and a camera and be able to work in a quiet space.
